Billing information
First consultation: Free
30-minute tutoring session: $55
45-minute tutoring session: $75
55-minute tutoring session: $95

Lengthy consultations, written reports, parent-teacher conferences, and IEP meetings are not included in these fees and will be billed separately. Bills are sent out at the end of each month. Checks, cash, Venmo (@AliTutor), and PayPal (AliVanderstar) are all accepted.

Cancellations and refunds
If your child is unable to attend a session, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of a session come with the following charges:

30-minute cancelled session: $25 45-minute cancelled session: $45 55-minute cancelled session: $65

If I am unable to tutor on a scheduled day, I will inform you as far ahead of time as possible and do my best to reschedule a missed session.
